Last updated: October 2, 2026
1. Overview
This website is operated by Better Vanity. Throughout the site, the terms “Better Vanity,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Better Vanity. Better Vanity offers this website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, services, and other functionality made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”), subject to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
By visiting our website, purchasing from us, communicating with us, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide to us and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information associated with your use of the Services.
You may not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, engage in fraudulent or deceptive activity, infringe intellectual property or other rights, or use the Services in violation of applicable law.
3. Product Information and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, images, availability, and other product information accurately. However, actual product appearance may vary due to lighting, photography, display settings, natural material variation, manufacturing tolerances, and other factors.
Product information, specifications, availability, and pricing may be changed, corrected, or updated at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and, where appropriate and permitted by law, to modify or cancel affected transactions.
4. Orders and Transactions
Submitting an order or request does not necessarily constitute acceptance by Better Vanity. We may review, verify, accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order or transaction for legitimate business reasons, including product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment or verification issues, suspected fraud, shipping limitations, or legal or compliance requirements.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, shipping, and account information for transactions made through the Services.
5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Unless otherwise stated, prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may not include applicable taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, or other charges. Applicable charges may be calculated or disclosed during the transaction process.
Payments may be processed by Better Vanity or by third-party payment service providers. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges. Third-party payment providers may apply their own terms, privacy notices, verification requirements, and processing rules.
6. Shipping, Delivery, and Other Posted Policies
Shipping, delivery, warranty, refund, return, exchange, cancellation, and other transaction-specific matters may be governed by separate policies or terms posted on the Better Vanity website or otherwise provided to you. Those policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference to the extent applicable to a transaction.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. They may be affected by carriers, weather, supply conditions, customer availability, address issues, force majeure events, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
7. Installation, Site Conditions, and Product Use
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Better Vanity does not control site conditions, installation methods, plumbing, electrical work, structural conditions, contractor performance, or other work performed by third parties.
Products should be installed, used, maintained, and handled in accordance with applicable instructions, codes, manufacturer guidance, and professional practices. Qualified professionals should be used where appropriate.
8. Third-Party Services, Platforms, Integrations, and APIs
Better Vanity may use, connect to, or integrate with third-party service providers, software platforms, marketplaces, accounting systems, payment processors, logistics providers, cloud services, communications tools, analytics services, application programming interfaces (APIs), and other technologies to operate, support, secure, administer, and improve its business and the Services.
These third parties may have their own terms, privacy notices, service rules, availability limitations, and security practices. Better Vanity is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, systems, availability, or policies of third parties except to the extent required by applicable law.
The use or availability of a third-party integration does not imply endorsement of all products, services, policies, or practices of that third party.
9. Electronic Communications
When you communicate with Better Vanity electronically or use the Services, you consent to receive transactional, administrative, and service-related communications electronically where permitted by law. Marketing communications, where used, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how Better Vanity collects, uses, processes, and discloses personal information. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding the collection, processing, or disclosure of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control for that issue.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services and their content, including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, photographs, designs, layouts, software, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual property laws and may be owned by Better Vanity, its licensors, suppliers, or other rights holders.
Except as permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit protected content from the Services.
12. User Content and Feedback
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, feedback, suggestions, or other content to Better Vanity, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
To the extent necessary to operate, support, promote, or improve the Services, you grant Better Vanity a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and communicate content you voluntarily submit, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
13. Service Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the Services when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, business operations, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or protection of Better Vanity, customers, third parties, or systems.
We do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any express written product warranty provided by Better Vanity and except as otherwise required by applicable law, the Services and website content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Vanity disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Better Vanity will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services, third-party services, or products, except where such limitations are prohibited by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Services, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, products, Services, technology, operational practices, or legal requirements. When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
Your continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply by operation of law. Any dispute will be handled in a court or other forum with lawful jurisdiction, subject to rights or procedures that cannot be waived under applicable law.
19. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. A failure by Better Vanity to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of the right to enforce that provision or any other provision later.
20. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies, notices, warranties, order terms, or written agreements provided by Better Vanity, constitute the agreement governing your applicable use of the Services. If Better Vanity and a customer enter into a separate written agreement that expressly controls a particular transaction or relationship, that agreement will control to the extent of any conflict.
